First Choice Auto (FCA) is far from my first choice. I trust them to change my oil, that's about it. Anything other than that, expect to be overcharged and DON'T expect them to stand behind the work. My van broke down over the weekend in December and they're the only place that we knew of that was open. I needed a fuel pump, a tune up, some spark plugs, and an oil change and it all came up to the tune of $1200. After I picked up my car, I noticed my engine light was still on. I have been using this place for the past year and I have been happy with all their service. I have had the experince from other repair shops in Hampton where I had to wait a few days for a appt. then you had to drop yor car off and hope you get it the next day, and they charge you for every little detail. First choice, you just drive up and they will get you in, can drop off if you do not want to wait. So far I have got my car back on the same day, or hour or two waiting. the $ is reasonable too. Thanks guys
My Husband and I have to to First choice about 3 or 4 times and each time they have been very helpful. Their prices are very,very reasonable. They will not charge you for work that is not done. I have recommend family and friends and they have been pleased with the work also. The young man at the front...Jalal I believe is very friendly and the mechanics are very knowledgeable.
