They are fair about payments being a little late but they put me into a second lemon that's gonna cost me more to fix than the car is worth. Got ripped off a second time. Live and learn. I would like to give them - stars but this site will not let me. Do not do deals with first choice they will only screw you over. We bought a 15,000 truck that had nothing but problems and we were told they would fix the electric mirror and tailgate. They did not. A month down the line we started having trouble with the transmission and the computer was not registering the speed or the odometer. My husband asked to be put in another car. Very pleased with how First Choice Auto does business, I had my eye on a car they had for sale which I seen online, called in and let them know I live in Massachusetts and that I wish to get into that vehicle, they were very helpful with fulfilling that wish for me! Paid a small fee for them to hold the car until they secured my wife and I with a loan.
