I previously had very positive experiences with this practice, which is why this situation was particularly disappointing. I called three times in one day (Friday) requesting a call back regarding a non-urgent issue I was experiencing. I never received a call back. Word of advice i would highly recommend working on time management; the time it takes to simply pick up a prescription is absurd, there are multiple practitioners (nurses/nurses assistants) you see in the hallway not attending a patient or assisting the physicians, many of us take time off of work to get to our appointments and the policy of being 15 minutes late resulting in a reschedule is astounding especially when patients arrive on time and have to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen, I like this practice but i belie... read more

This office keeps sending me email not intended for me but for one of their patient-customers. These emails have include appointment and billing information, charts and other sensitive medical data. I believe they were intended for another person with a similar email. The emails come form a "no reply" address so I cannot even tell them to stop without calling them, but this reflects a pretty careless approach to patient privacy.
