First appointment I waited for the provider for a long time before she came in to the appointment and then she rushed my appointment and never even listened to my lungs, scheduled me another appointment a month later. Showed up within the grace period related to traffic and the provider refused to see me. Very disappointing, and the receptionist was not inviting, or welcoming.
I been here 7months place was nice and service was good. My experience on Thursday with (chief dr ) blew my mind . When I say unprofessional gossip with the receptionist about a patient. They did not realize the walls were paper thin and I heard them. I brought it to her attention and she apologized. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this practice. I was left sitting in the office for over an hour because no doctor had even been assigned to my appointment. Having patients wait that long due to poor office management is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue, the office inconvenienced me by requiring me to schedule yet another appointment rather than simply sending my prescription.
