Bought an Acron Airconditioner from them 3 years ago. The airflow was poor. Approached First Choice to get a quote to replace it. The Salesman came out, had a look at the existing one, and agreed there was something wrong. He promised to get someone out to check it as it was still under warranty. This was 2 weeks ago and we've heard nothing!!! In winter, when it rained, it would short out and shut down!! Russ and his team are absolute gurus. I was booked in quickly just before Christmas in our new house. Had the old evaporative out and new ducted in within half a day. They were friendly and efficient. The dynamics between the airconditioning team and electricians were seamless. Highly recommend .
We asked for inspection of our air conditioner unit due to luck of heating power. After inspection, stripping down and coiling cleaning we still have the same lack of heating power despite operating at 30 degrees with maximum speed. I feel like I waited money unfortunately.
Have had First Choice install two AC units over the years and are always happy with their work. Just updated to ducted AC and the guys did a great job. Would recommend, Brad.
Thrilled with our new heating/cooling system! The installation guys were friendly and efficient and all went smoothly and well. Great communication & customer service both before and after install, really can't recommened enough. Big thanks to Russell and all the guys involved.
