outstanding customer service! the team was on time, tidy, courteous, and quick to respond. when there was a minor issue with some new air duct cleaning equipment, the manager personally came out and resolved it right away. i highly recommend them for any air duct cleaning services. good customer care can be hard to find these days, but this company truly understands its importance and makes sure their customers are well taken care of.
First Choice Air Duct Service was recommended to us by our plumber, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our air ducts were clogged, which was causing issues with airflow in our home. Wesley arrived quickly and thoroughly cleaned out all the ducts, making sure everything was running smoothly again. He was friendly, professional, and made sure to clean up everything before leaving. We would definitely use this air duct cleaning service again and highly recommend it to others.
This experience gave me total scam vibes. Our dryer vent was clogged up and I found these guys online. Called to request quote with response "depends and need to see it, $60 to have someone come quote and will be deducted from bill". Sounds reasonable so went ahead. Guy shows up and proceeds to say dryer vent cleaning is flat $400 fee, can do it now. Doesn't add up but sure okay please fix.
