Ross Howard, the ADAPT Technician, is always a super professional! He is attentive and accommodating to my needs. Whenever I encounter Ross, he is pleasant and kind. He will also explain company policy regarding the maximum number of portable tank customers are allowed and the swap out policy which he diligently enforces. ( I couldn’t even sway him).
