I took my friend here today to pick up her car and I am applauded at the lady at this towing place. Her attitude and customer service was beyond rude. Her words “who is driving the maxima? Come over here...hurry up I don’t have all day!” Seriously? This is how you treat people? Her face expressions and tone was just so disrespectful I never experienced such rude service as this before.
