This has to be the worst insurance company that I have ever had to deal with. I have tried to get the adjuster to call me back several times.....NO CALL. the supervisor. NO CALL. I have contacted my attorney and will leave it in his hands. No this is not my insurance company. I'm with a very reliable insurance company that cares about their policy holder.
This company is a joke. It has been 8 months and my claim has not been paid. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. They do not return phone calls and refuse to pay as they should. I do not recommend this company. I want all my money back.
