Very difficult to deal with, escrow department does not do their due diligence to evaluate accounts, they prefer to keep $$ on hand until they decide to audit their accounts once a year. Their regulations apparently surpass State laws and regulations for SHEVD (Homestead Exemption for Veterans with Disabilities). Looing forward to re financing with someone else.
I learned about First Centennial from my Realtor in 2020. I did not end up purchasing a house then, but the initial contact with ****** ****** was very good. When I was ready to purchase a home in 2021, I went back to ****** and First Centennial. I am very glad that I did. The expertise and support that I received from ****** was top notch. From start to finish, I had a very good experience.

As first time home buyers we had a horrible experience with our LO. Andrew H. Andrew seems like a kind caring person but for us he really dropped the ball. Our loan was not monitored correctly and we were placed in a loan that we did not qualify for even though we filled out our application true to our situation. We found out 2 days before our closing day that there was no way to get approved and ended up homeless for 2 weeks and half. It was a very stressful and disheartening situation for our family. Dottie went above and beyond to help us with our Mortgage. She was recommended to us by our realtor who has worked with her for many years. Worse company I have ever done business with, first Tommy *****tells me, NO fees, NO point , then at the end of my loan, he charges me more than $1,500.00 Then three months later, all the payments, that I made, they didn’t apply it to my balance, had to make numerous calls and spoke to many supervisors, then 2 months later they fixed the problem, very sloppy company ??????
Dottie ******was amazing! She is a real gem of a lender, and I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home. She got us a great mortgage, and was clear and patient throughout the entire process. I can't recommend her highly enough!!
