This place is rediculous. I got a title loan from here and where it was paid off and time for me to pick it up. The lady told me it was never sent to the collections and it's no longer in the building. So basically they lost it. And that response came from the collections department. I was told to go to the Texas Department of motor vehicle and get a certified copy of my title. The is so unacceptable on so many levels. I'm so glad this place is no longer in business.
