First Carolina Bank inherited funds from another financial institution without notifying me that those funds were transferred nor received. I have attempted to contact them several times without acknowledgement but everyone seems very efficient at failing to accept responsibility and passing the buck (pun intended) even speaking to a supervisor, agent #113714 who said someone would contact me in 24 - 48 hours. Of course, that never happened even after providing me name, b-day, SSN and email address.
