I Love the whole staff, they are very awesome people and they don't judge but my only problem is that when I call must the time they dont answer the phone and there is no way to leave a voicemail, does anyone else have this problem?

My doctor of 28 years retired from First Care, but he paired me with someone he felt would care for me after his retirement. I have been with Physician Assistant Bernice since and I love her bedside manner and attentiveness to me. Her professionalism lets me know she truly cares about my health concerns.
I found the front desk staff to be courteous, and I'm glad Bernice Francis (my PA) went there after Olde Towne family practice closed because of Dr. Cochran's retirement. I was a little skeptical about changing doctors and offices, but it has been an easy transition. Thank you, Mrs. Francis for the great patient care I have received.
