They recently transported me in a non-emergency capacity from another county to Hamilton County. They were unpleasant from the start. The drive was extremely fast and the vehicle was shaking dangerously. The driver drove like he had to get to the destination immediately. When we departed the vehicle the partner asked the driver if the driver wanted him to drive because the driver must be very tired because of the way he was driving. No one should use this service!
My daughter said that Garret and Josh were “wonderful”. They took the time to be sure their ventilator would be set up like her own. They even stayed at the ED to assist the hospital RT set up the hospital ventilator.
I have never heard of or used this service yet I keep getting calls around 1 am once a week ish. If they have been given my number by mistake or there is some error call during hours that people are awake. Do better!!!

The worst service I have ever had. My husband is a brittle diabetic and has cancer and vascular issues and a electric wheelchair and they tell you every time you call they’ll be there to get in and you can wait up to three hours today. We’re waiting two hours. They don’t care I think everyone should know about the poor service so everyone quit using them and then when their business goes out then they’ll know maybe they should do better.
