As a new patient walk in on a Sunday, I was seen within 30mins. Doctor was fabulous, receptionist was lovely! Can't fault them!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the receptionist in order doctors in there they are so good in there Natalie and Sally and all the other recepcionista are so beautiful I've been looking for a good medical centre for so long I found one that I absolutely love going to I have one of the best doctors in the world but they make you feel like family and for someone with special needs it's so hard to find a place that is so special that you just want to go to everyone just makes you feel welcome no I look forward to going... read more
I don't mind the waiting doctor's are very good it's much better then a 5 minutes examination like some other medical centres.
made an appt during the week for 11.20am sunday. arrived and was told i was 3rd patient. Waited almost 1.5 hrs and 6 patients went in. asked the receptionist what was going in and she told me that she was sorry but the doctor has “skipped me”. I walked out. will NEVER go back. This was my local doctor but no more. Will find another practice.
