I am a resident of Jordan Springs so First Care MC is a convenient choice. The doctors are helpful and kind however, the receptionist Natalie is as dreadful, obnoxious and disrespectful as it takes. I have always received a great customer service in Australia, high standards and professionalism. This lady though, is a nightmare. I looked through reviews for the centre. "A horrible receptionist" is a very repetitive statement and no menagement takes action......
Wait times are awful
I have always had very good experiences with the doctors here and found the pathologist to be very lovely and prompt. There can be a wait but if you come early it isn't too long and that's to be expected at a bulk billing centre nowadays.
I've been going there for the for a little while and I've had the best experience the people are fantastic the nurses and the doctors are really fantastic my doctor is amazing I cannot wait to keep going back there
