As a landlord, I have worked with 1st Capitol as my property manager for about 16 years. They really know the market, know the local laws, and have access to good handymen. A lot of the landlord headaches are just not part of my daily life because of the team here. Very organized.
Great place to rent from.... I was their tenant for 3years, and they went above and beyond in many cases to help me or deal with any issues I had. These people have wonderful business practices and are good honest people....I was so thankful to rent from them for the time I was there
