I worked with Phil when purchasing my last house, and then again on a refinance. He's great to work with. He meets deadlines, explains our options clearly, and held our hand when needed. I highly recommend him.
Lila We used Susan Budoff as loan officer for First Capital Mortgage located in the Caldwell Bankers office in Westlake Village CA. Horrible experience! She never answers the phone, does not return phone calls, is late in every deadline. We almost lost our condo purchase because she was late in everything. DO NOT USE HER or First Capital Mortgage. By the way, we had top credit ratings!
I have worked with Phil on four home purchases and refinancings. There is no harder working guy in the mortgage biz. He's a straight shooter and is good at explaining some of the more complex aspects of the deals. I highly recommend him.
