The worst customer service experience ever!! Sylvia is the branch manager and she does absolutely nothing to help the customers she doesn’t return phone calls. And if you do contact her about your account, then she just rushes you off the phone and is uninterested in helping you resolve any issues.. Sylvia is the branch manager in the Summerville location… Very disappointed…… However the Mount Pleasant branch and the meeting location are top notch.
