Extremely UN-professional customer service . They call me back and I miss their call . I call them back a woman answers . She answers with Hello ? I am think well who is this . She doesnt know proper phone etiquette when representing a business.Her English was extremely poor. She should be fired or properly trained on how to do a job . She then said to me can I call back and leave a message. I then said no . You can write it down. She said she couldn't write it down. (Possibly because she has Dysgraphia . I dont know.) Bob is great at spa repair! He is responsive and knows hot tubs of all kinds. Our spa temp was too hot, too cold, doing whatever it wanted. Bob fixed it, even though it's old. Fair and reasonable prices.
