I wouldn’t recommend calling them if you think you have a bigger problem. Their Google review score is very high, which is why I hired them in the first place. However, the young technicians spent half a day at my place and couldn’t fix the issue, and I was charged over $1,000. I highly recommend you to send a senior and a young one together. Don’t only send out young kids.
Service technician arrived on time to complete annual furnace maintenance, worked quickly and and thoroughly. Investigated a related issue I was having with the furnace during AC season and took the time to explain what First Call could do to diagnose and repair the problem. I would recommend First Call to anyone who is looking for a referral. ** Sorry to hear that Manly has sold this buisiness. Going to be hard to find a replacement with same qualities and standard of workmanship..
