Had something crawling around in my loft. Called First Call Pest Management and Tony came out promptly. On the first visit the entry point was identified, even though it was a dark winter day and behind a bush up against the house. The hole was temporarily blocked and this prevented more intrusion and traps were placed down. After the hole was blocked the noises stopped, so First Call made a permanent fix on the entry point and now we are rodent free. Highly recommended!
Excellent service
Phoned a few pest controllers before this one and they either didn't get back to me or made excuses about coming out or were to dear. First Call were reasonably priced, got in touch straight away, and came promptly. The service was impeccable and they guaranteed their work if the problem came back. Definitely use them again I'd needed.
I have used First Call Pest Management twice and Tony has always been prompt in responding and attending the property. Most recently, Tony attended to a wasp nest in our loft. Throughout the process, he kept us informed about what he was doing and what was being used. We were also given an aftercare plan and left with information again about what products had been used. I would always recommend First Call Pest Management to anyone!
