My wife was visiting her daughter in Terrel and had serious issue with the awning on her class b, factory recall issue she just found out, awning opens on it's own. I'm at home in CO and she is there experiencing the issue. Call Advanced, they schedule a time, set a price, and sent capable individuals who took care of the issue. Much appreciated.
