Our new fridge broke. We can fix everything ourselves but we were very desperate- the energy was wacky and we could not find solutions. Be careful when desperate. Called and dispatch is amazing! Responsive and communicative and FAST! Tech arrived - 150 for service call and 150 for diagnostic - In less than 2 minutes discovered our converter was not working. YAY! My wife was visiting her daughter in Terrel and had serious issue with the awning on her class b, factory recall issue she just found out, awning opens on it's own. I'm at home in CO and she is there experiencing the issue. Call Advanced, they schedule a time, set a price, and sent capable individuals who took care of the issue. Much appreciated.
