Alex Came to do a routine service on my boiler last week. As soon as I opened the door he said he could smell gas. He quickly identified leak. Fully investigated and serviced boiler. Advice given on what to do and contacting insurance etc. James came round later that day to quote for the work. Emergency gas repair required following damage to boiler external flu by third party. Already a customer for boiler installation and annual service, First Call responded immediately to my phone call and replacement part fitted witihin the hour.
