First Call Cleaning and Restoration - The name says it all. I was looking for a company here in Reno to help with some deep cleaning to refresh my carpet, rugs and flooring after all the snow, mud, dirt and junk they have been exposed to over the winter months. Chase was right on time and did a thorough and professional and quick job cleaning my carpets. Carpet was dry in know time and looks beautiful.
These guys were awesome. They came in and cleaned up the water damage from my water heater that warped my floor and found mold in the wall behind it. They got everything done in a couple weeks and now I have a new floor going in. Best part is they worked with the insurance so all I had to pay was my deductible and that was cheap for 1100sqft of new floor.
Garrett and his crew were professional and efficient and made sure the job was done to our complete satisfaction. They were always very responsive, thorough and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning and restoration needs.
