Service at the deli Definitely lousy customer service at the deli. part of the store. Today, waited at the deli counter for l0 or l5 minutes, and finally another gal 'showed' up, and instead of asking me what I'd like, etc. proceeded to chit chat with the other deli gal, who was preparing a platter that was supposed to have been ready. Trag's is Great! I just read a couple of so-so reviews so I had to add mine. I have been shopping at Trag's for 20 years. I have never been treated rudely. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. If you park in their lot to do other errands, you should expect to get towed! That's not being rude. They are paying for their parking lot for their customer's use, and I appreciate A nice parking spot when I go shopping. Your complaints just are not valid. trags yea my car go towed here too... thats why i have an unfair bias toward the place you might say...and the employees are not understading at all...plus its not like the parking lot is full so i dont see why i must get so terribly punished for parking there):
Rude cashiers! I would like to support a local, smaller grocery store, but the customer service at Trag's is so poor, I just can't go back.New to the area, I have been to Trag's four times. Two of those times, the cashiers have given me attitude! I never had any problem at other grocery stores. At Trag's they never greet you. They seem absolutely miserable. GREAT SOUPS THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET FRESH SOUPS THEY HAVE A VARIETY OF SOUPS TO CHOOSE FROM THEY ALSO HAVE FRESH SANDWICH MEAT AND LUNCH ROLLS THIS IS A VERY REASONABLE STORE.
Great Lunch Stop This store has the best soup each day you get to choose from three different one. The lunch meat is fresh and the rolls are fresh and soft they make the best sandwiches. The prices are a little high but the food is great
super unfriendly supermarket Usually I like to support local small business so once in a while, i went there to do some grocery shopping though their vegetables/fruits/grocery are pricy compared with Safewway or Albertson's. and usually the staff is cold. One day, I parked my car in their parking lot, then i went to nearby restaurant to pick up to-go. After 15 min, I went back, and my car was GONE. Better produce and meats than Safeway or Lucky's The produce section here is awesome and there is always a sale on something seasonal. The deli manager goes above and beyond for you, and some workers I know by name because they have been here for so long. It's always well stocked and clean too. PROS: open until 10 on weeknights and excellent staff CONS: It's a small market so some items are more expensive
