Bad attitudes from everyone at this business! Tow truck driver was speeding through apt complex. I asked him to slow down because children were out yet gave nothing but attitude. Called to speak to manager & she gave nothing but attitude. I would not trust these low intelligent staff with any vehicle!
These people are absolutely rude and full of nonsense and Disrespectful. This business has no business running a business. They think they are above the law. I wonder why people pull guns on you type of people and hate people like this.

Given the reviews I saw and my personal experience I wanted to take the time to highlight the service and staff. For context, I wasn’t aware if my vehicle was towed or stolen since it happened on a weekend at night. Once I found out what happened and contacted the First Call Auto Brokers staff I was made aware of my vehicle’s location and needed requirements to collect it.
