Fast response time. With part being ordered it was all taken care of within 2 days.
Poor customer service. Rude when you call them on the phone. Problem still not fixed Not responsive. Do not recommend!
He had mine for less than a week, called me and told me it was ready for pick up. He said the problem was so small that it was free of charge. These people were a true help, never going to anyone else!!

Tech wouldn’t come to fix washer. Saying it couldn’t be fixed without even coming to take a look at it. 800 dollar Electrolux washer. Top of the line. Used this company in the past and technician needs a different attitude. Recommended the company to some friends and family but not anymore. Found a company that doesn’t choose what they want to work on and they fix it the first time.
