BEWARE!! This ambulance company transported me, non-emergent to another hospital for an MRI. They charged $5,000! Of course insurance doesn’t cover this. Why would they- It’s insane! They are corrupt! Refuse service if they show up!!!!

Caution!!! My neighbor called for an ambulance in Newport TN, priority ambulance in January 2025. I was really sick throwing up, diarrhea, passing blood and felt like I couldn’t breathe and was going to pass out. I was home alone so I called my neighbor which called the ambulance service. The ambulance people got here and told me and my neighbor “she only has the stomach bug that everyone else has and the doctors would do nothing.” They told me I had to come out of the bathroom before they would help me. My dad was in a motorcycle accident about a week ago, and this amazing team saved his life. We will forever be great full for every single one of you! You all are true heroes..
Good only as uber drivers. Almost killed my family member by encouraging her to not go to the hospital despite days of confusion. Called them twice through the week to go out to her home and both times they encouraged her not to go due to Covid stating that they had people in the floors because they're overwhelmed. Eventually was able to pick her up myself and take her to UT where they admitted her for a UTI and sepsis. Save your money. Unless you're actively dying, find a different ride to the hospital.
