I have been pleased with Brockland Insurance in helping me with my financial experiences. They were very cordial in communicating with me and interested in helping me.
I would give zero stars if possible. This man is real big on selling you an insurance policy, but is completely useless when it comes time to service the policy. I spent 8 months of repeated phone calls that did not get returned trying to cancel the policy for my late wife. I ended up having to get the help of another insurance agent to get things done. This has cost me a substantial loss of time, and an incredible amount of stress during an already bad time. Stay away from this one people! Bryan H.
