I'm still relatively new to Nutmeg State Financial, I've only been with this bank for about a year or so. I'm elated to say that almost every single employee across the different branches I've visited that I've interacted with have been the sweetest, friendliest people. My account was locked and I couldn't get anyone to assist over the phone. I literally waited on the phone for 20mins! I've used the call back option before and never received a call back. So now I will have to go down to the branch which is a big inconvenience. Not happy!
