My account was locked and I couldn't get anyone to assist over the phone. I literally waited on the phone for 20mins! I've used the call back option before and never received a call back. So now I will have to go down to the branch which is a big inconvenience. Not happy!
I been a member here for almost 20yrs and they have always been so friendly, always smiling, very professional. Other banks try to get me to switch over and I always refuse. I’m very happy being with this branch.
