Great place to practice and get better in MMA. All members treat you like a part of the family
I signed up for my trial class one month ago and haven’t looked back. The classes contain members of all experience levels and they are engaging and competitive for everyone. I can already see Coach Joe is very knowledgeable and builds strong relationships with his members. This is a great place to be.
