People are nice but every time I come to this location, there is white BMW that's ALWAYS takes up two spot. The parking lot is small and taking up two spot makes it very hard to park when the parking fills up fast. Then when the have a food truck come in then block off up 8 spot and the owner of BMW still taking 2 spots. Very selfish and disrespectful to the customer of the bank and coffee shop.
I came here asking if they offered Medallion Stamp services. I got " are you a customer?" I stated, "No, I am not currently a customer". "We don't offer those services." Frustrated and knowing this seems like an odd interaction. I ask, "What if I am a customer do you offer these services?" Then "yes we do". You could have easily and nicely explained this in a much more friendly way instead of no. I could have opened an account here to get access. However, I will go somewhere else.
Love this bank and those that work there. They are helpful and understanding. Happy that I chose them to be my banker.
