I just got out $500 from the Byline lobby ATM which charged me $3.50. The $500 was all in $20 bills which I was informed of at the time of of withdrawal. So, after getting the twenties, I asked the teller to please exchange $200 of twenties to 2 hundred bills. I was told the bank will NOT exchange the twenties they just gave me for 2 $100 bills because I am not an account holder at their bank. Ugh!! WHAT! I went down the street and asked Chase. They have accomplished all of my needs. Joseph did a great job helping me remotely with an issue rather than making me come in the office. Byline seems like a great small bank with actual people, rather than behemouth like Chase.
This is a terrible "bank" (if it even qualifies as such). They are untrustworthy and their customer service is horrific. Take your money and your business anywhere but here.
