The mission of First Bank & Trust is to focus on the needs of our local customers. I copied this off the web site. HOWEVER, THIS IS FAR FROM A TRUE STATEMENT. Maybe you should say you pick and choose which local customers you will help or extend customers service too. The word FOCUS is Key here.. Especially in my situation. I in no way got "focus" until I got upset., Interesting. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this institution. Furthermore, I would not have given a star above, however the site prompts it.
