We worked with Betsy and Lisa on the mortgage of our new home. Let me just say that the total package offered was the best by far among the quotes we received. More importantly, the service we received from Betsy and Lisa was exceptional. They were both courteous, professional, and knowledgable. All of our questions were answered and we felt like priority customers. Thank you greatly for your services!

I was really disappointed with the service I received from Patricia Small and Gretchen Johnson. As a first time home buyer I was hoping to work with someone who would answer questions I had about the process and how long the steps would take (I found a range of answers online). Patricia did not answer any of my questions, which is why I had to contact the branch manager (Gretchen) to get any sort of response. When she finally responded it was in a blunt one sentence e-mail. Being a First time home buyer I did not know too much. Gretchen helped me through the process and was willing to stay past business hours to help me. She and everybody else at FBM are friendly and great. Stop by and see what FBM can do for you, they will win your trust, as they did mine.
