Poor customer service
I love my First Bank family. I’ve banked with them for about 20 years. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
Pulled into the drive thru. Was not even acknowledged by the woman at the window. Another lady (who worked the counter inside) acknowledged me and waited on me. I was cashing a 50 dollar check drawn on their bank and was charged 5 dollars to cash it. 10% of the check belongs to them because I live out of town and not a member of that bank. Please do better.
