I been with first bank kansas since 2016 and this locations bank since 2018 ive never had a problem with them. When i lost my card on the east coast during the summer. they were able to lock it after i moved some cash to a different card (paypal). I would still be banking with them right now, but as of April 4 2024 i no longer live in kansas

I've spent the past year working with First Bank of Kansas regarding a family matter. I have to say, they have been, by far, the best banking relationship I've ever had. This bank will charge u for everything! i dont recommend. closed my account out yesterday and they charged my $10 to close it and they didnt even tell me. glad to be done with them. the only person there that actually cares about doing their job is miriam!
