Hoy presente una mala, triste y desagradable experiencia cuando intente abrir una cuenta bancaria. Soy venezolana legalmente viviendo en este pais, documentos totalmente en regla, y por haber NACIDO EN VENEZUELA no me permitieron abrirla. No entiendo que lamentan, me dan un telefono para comunicarme con ustedes, y recibir una explicacion, los llamo y resulta que me dejan en espera para luego trancar la llamada. Tres intentos.
2 weeks ago I went into that branch to replace my ATM card I just went in again and spoke to the same lady who had a attitude saying you just have to wait, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, she didn't even try to resolve the situation but argue with me while she had a customer!!!!
