Opened my checking account on Sept 1st, that was 24 days ago. Today I closed my acct! The people at the branch are nice, but the way First Bank runs in general is a nightmare! DO NOT bank with them, unless you want to experience customer service from 1981. Here are my reasons for closing my acct: 1.Having to deposit cash in envelopes still like the old days, if there's no envelopes, you can't deposit. 2. This location is amazing. Every person at this branch is kind, friendly, and proficient at their job. There is one newer person in particular that stands out. She is "new" and on her ''probationary period". I look forward to going to this branch.
