I ended up staying with First Bank after a bad experience but today I now realize since they were bought out by PNC that things have gotten worse already. I was told by a representative last week that I could use an ATM at a place I've never used it because of the merger with PNC so I went to that ATM and withdrew several thousand dollars only to find out today I had been charged not only by First Bank but by the ATM owner and when I called First Bank and talked with Jade a supervisor she advised me that she could not refund... read more

Opened my checking account on Sept 1st, that was 24 days ago. Today I closed my acct! The people at the branch are nice, but the way First Bank runs in general is a nightmare! DO NOT bank with them, unless you want to experience customer service from 1981. Here are my reasons for closing my acct: 1.Having to deposit cash in envelopes still like the old days, if there's no envelopes, you can't deposit. 2. It too a little over 48 hrs for my cash to be avail, unlike other banks where cash deposits are immediately avail. 3. I've... read more
This location is amazing. Every person at this branch is kind, friendly, and proficient at their job. There is one newer person in particular that stands out. She is "new" and on her ''probationary period". I look forward to going to this branch.
