Valery was extremely helpful Very patient as I had several items to take care of during my visit.
They're either swindlers or categorically inept bankers. Absolutely horrible experience with this bank. Their application process for opening a new account has a dearth of information. Apparently upon completion of the application, the applicant would receive a confirmation email. I never received one and the response by the bank is to condescendingly insinuate that I did something wrong.
