While working on a mortgage pre-approval apparently the loan officer pulled 3 hard credit report on my credit instead of a soft one for pre-approval and he didn't mention it, this caused my credit score to drop from 740 to 680, which made it even more difficult for me to get pre-approval from somewhere else. In addition that his process and approach were completely unacceptable.
