Worst lending team I have ever seen!!! They literally have zero respect for deadlines or closing dates! They wait until the very last second, if they even respond, to tell you oh we need this and then when it’s all done and you think you’re gonna close oh I’m sorry we need this too oh and then we need this! Simona Flores is phenomenal! Knowledgeable, friendly, and works incredibly efficiently! I have been in First Bank multiple times and worked with Simona directly 3 times. Each experience has been pleasant. Whoever manages that branch has created an atmosphere that is welcoming and conducive, to a comfortable banking experience. At 73 years of age I can tell you from experience most banks are cold and distant. Not First Bank! Thank you for allowing me to review First Bank!
