The team at First Bank go above and beyond to assist their clients, especially Lina & Irma at the Torrance branch - they are both so helpful and delightful, it’s a welcome change since so many banks have gone to the wayside when it comes to customer service. I’m very glad I switched to FB and recommend them to everyone.
Very disappointed with this location the two main lady’s are rude not helpful and have horrible customer service, I felt non supportive by these women and very disappointed I’ve been banking since 2017 and I plan on closing my account, you both need to work on your attitude towards people and try to be more positive attentive when it comes to your guest, also go out of your way to finding solutions. I am embarrassed and upset about this service I’ve received.
