I travel long way to see DR Sophie Bernard, she is absolutely delightful to see, she really listens and cares for the patients! I am very greatful to have her as our Doctor!
I rang the surgery up in the morning and they said see you at 3pm which I said thank you I’ll be there. So I turn up at 3pm and fill out two pages of details. Saw doctor for 17mins. Came back to reception and the lady behind the desk says it will $142.80 and I think she said you will get back $50 from Medicare so my 17mins request for 2 prescriptions cost $92.80 for my scripts. Every one here is so nice first time visiting here but was an absolute amazing experience. Michael liu was great he actually listened and suggested me proper solution. He was easy to talk to and was really helpful . End up consulting for both my back pain and allergies and was really happy with the advice . Definetely worth going here and the reception lady is awesome:)
My GP is ver attentive & is a good listener. If I need to see another Female GP both have been particularly careful to understand my problem before intervening & have taken their time. I highly recommend the talent & the interpersonal skills of my GP& 2 others I have seen. m
