I picked my dress up 4/11/25 and my last name is Windsor. All my alterations were wrong except one! They have pretty dresses but there so expensive because you paying for their “free” alterations, that are balls anyways! Get your dress altered somewhere else please. They put cups in my dress that didn’t need it after they pushed and push for me to agree, and when I took them out my dress fit perfectly but with them in my chest was GIANT and in the wrong spot! and they cut the back straps too short. Do not recommend.
Thank you so much for making my daughter’s senior prom a night to remember. Your staff did an amazing job with dress choices and helping her find the perfect gown. Would definitely recommend your store to anyone who needs a formal.
My daughter was preparing for prom and we to Fislrst Avenue. Neither of us are dressy girls but the sales team made us feel amazing and helped Liz pick the best dress ever!!! Our sales clerk was absolutely the most patient and caring!!! The entire team makes you feel at home and special!!! We went with the red dress that they ordered and fit to size perfectly!!! I can't say enough about these amazing ladies!!!
