This once great repair shop has fallen under the greed of the owner. Long time Person Polo is still amazing, but he cannot combat the greed of the owner. They do shoddy work now, they do work and charge you without getting it approved first. Me, my brother, and niece have been going there for years, but we're not going back! Disgusting! If anyone can recommend a trustworthy mechanic in the same area please let me know. They must've had my review removed because they don't want people to know what thieves they are. They charge 50 to 60 bucks for inspections on brand new cars or they will tell you that you can't pass inspection because the wipers are bad so they could charge you meanwhile I barely had any miles on a brand new leased vehicle ...they WILL tag team you with this scam so BEWARE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I wish I could give no stars. It saddens me to say that these people discriminate against women, especially black women. Horrible experience, and I would never recommend anyone especially anyone Black to patroniz this business
