FAFCU is an incredibly frustrating and poorly managed credit union. Their failure to resolve commitments is baffling. Despite acknowledging and rectifying misrepresentations in my mortgage payments, they refuse to address their errors with my auto loan. Their written commitment, "Once corrected in the system, all delinquencies regarding the auto loan should be reported as current," remains unfulfilled.
