I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. First American Title was completely unresponsive throughout the process, even after multiple follow-ups and escalations. Days would go by without any updates, and communication was almost nonexistent. The worst part: on the very last day when we needed the survey finalized to stay on track, they suddenly sent a notice stating they were declining to insure the title and were dropping the file entirely.
