Yessica and the First American team were so great to work with and stayed after hours to make sure we were able to sign our paperwork. They were such a highlight of our experience and made signing all of the paperwork at closing feel exciting and special.
I had a disappointing experience with Yessica during a recent visit. She refused to explain any of the paperwork I was signing, stating, "The broker already explained this to you, and you already signed it with them." Whenever I tried to read through the documents, she gave me impatient looks as if to rush me, suggesting there were too many papers to sign.
