It appears communication is not their strong suit. During closing, I've received information from one person on the team, only to receive a phone call from another team member asking about the same information. If they would have communicated to one another, a phone call to me would not have been needed. Lacking communication regarding what was needed from me, the seller, in order to close on time.
Christina Kelly and her team were fantastic to work with on the sale of our residence; she provided excellent service and was knowledgeable. I will certainly work with Christina again in the future.
We had an awful experience with this title company and Sabrina when we purchased a home. From poor and incomplete communication, last minute scrambles, to erroneous funds disbursement, and missing funds. I would recommend staying far away and working with someone else.
Sabrina was fantastic to work with as our escrow agent. She was organized, communicative, and kept everything on track, making the closing process smooth and stress-free.
